Sleep Apnea Causes

Dear everybody, could you please help me how to stop snoring when sleeping.
I have sleep apnea, and it is really annoy for my partner, and I don’t know what to do? I already tried to use over the counter stop snoring spray, but it did not work. Please give me good advice, thanks a lot.

If you know you have sleep apnea it means you have been tested by a doctor. Why on earth didn’t he get you a CPAP machine. That took care of my problem. When you have sleep apnea you stop breathing in your sleep. It will stop the snoring and help you breath.

Someone please help my bf snores so loud and he has only been doing it for the past couple months, but it is driving me crazy at night. How can I help him stop snoring? What really works?

I have narcolepsy and i always fall alseep on the toilet. last time, i fell asleep and slipped in the toilet. when i woke up, i was all messy. it was a terrible experience. what can i do prevent falling asleep while performing activities, such as using the facilities?

#1 change doctors. Your meds aren’t working. #2 You have to rig up a bar so that if you fall forward, it will stop you. If worse comes to worse, get a wheelchair and cut out the bottom, position it over the toilet, but put the front bar/desk top in place before you begin your business (brakes on).

I did that too. I have apnea and actually stop breathing they gave me a machine (CPAP) to use with a face mask attached to it.

I use a device to keep from snoring. It’s cheap, under $5. It’s easy to buy. It’s available in most cities. It is made for another purpose. It works unbelievably well. I’ve used it for 6 years. It could be modified to be better but I don’t know how to do any of it.

I feel the best way would be to advertise on ebay. Since this product already exists, you needn’t sell the product but just the idea on how to use the product as an anti snoring device. Something like an ebook or so for end consumers. You can give the steps to be performed inorder for this device to be used as anti snoring device and if it catches on, you can later look at modifying the device to make more profits.

He’s snoring so loud, he sounds like a bear. What can i do to make it stop?

He said my oxygen levels were normal and that he prescribed a CPAP. If my oxygen levels were normal, is there any point in using the CPAP?
The doctor told me that I had apartial airway collapses during the sleep study.

Sleep apnea means you stop breathing when you are asleep. The CPAP machine forces you to continue breathing along with providing more oxygen. So the only reason to use the CPAP machine is so that you won’t stop breathing in you sleep. And die. DUH!
