Lols, how can you … Lols, how can you even get that sound you heard on tape? But, what’s interesting is, yesterday night i was sure i had an episode of sleep paralysis, and i actually did hear weird sounds! It didnt sound like aliens though, just a very very loud engine sound above my head.
if you are in a … if you are in a bath tub and slip into the water during SP, your brain will wake you up.
it’s a natural defense mechanism that makes us less likely to die in a situation that you could of avoided if you could control yourself.
sure just tell me … sure just tell me what you want to know , ive had a view experiences … and ive actually found out how to deal with the problem now , when eyes are shut in astral projection … never just try to open the eyes in the normal way , open them with the astral hands , this way you will not open the physical eyes accidentally … took me bloody aged to understand that hehe
the first time i … the first time i had it i heard someone whispering to me n it sounded like dey was saying open ur eyes and i tried but i cudnt open it den i try to move my lips but i cudnt move it den i tried to move my legs and hands but i cudnt move it n the weird thing was that i wasn’t laying on ma back i wus layin on ma stomach wit ma face facin da wall
I heard this exact … I heard this exact noise during my first sleep paralysis. Its uncanny. During my SP i remember thinking the bathroom extractor fan is getting loud – because it sounds liknda like the first 10 seconds. then i was like holy what is this
a lot of people who … a lot of people who have experienced OBE’s, check out “thomas campbell” here on youtube, he has had 30 years of experience with this, he says there are 1000′s of other worlds just like this one and they are all virtual realities and we can access them through OBE right now and that there are millions of other beings in those other dimensions.

i dont know about … i dont know about lucid dreaming but im trying to get an out of body experience with hemi sync sounds and it seems like the paralysis/vibrations is always going to be there.
