whether you believe … whether you believe it or not, makes no difference, entities, disembodied souls (human & non-human) do exist.
I’ve known plenty of atheists who’ve had a change of opinion after having a paranormal experience. They are no different from christians-just more reluctant to talk about it.
Be happy that you’re not yet spritually evolved enough to sense their presence; In a few more lifetimes your psychic senses may be able to pick up a prowling astral imp.
Then it will be in your head.
wat you said is … wat you said is right anything metal u can put under the mattress or pillow that help and dont sleep on your back with your arms and legs straight alot or cross together cause that trigger the spirit to sit on your body since you sleeping like you were in a coffen… i hear this from the old folks
also try writing … also try writing something to encourage you on a piece of paper and attach it to a place where you can see like i put “Laugh at the b****”
Yeah, I get it … Yeah, I get it every other month and sometimes I see nothing at all.. just feel pinned/suffocated and hear a very loud vibration.
Other times I see the weirdest things.. objects animated, strange apparitions.. etc.
Now that I think … Now that I think about it, I’ve had this happen to me before but I didn’t see anything. Just the wall that I was facing, but it was weird because I couldn’t move. I thought I was still dreaming but I was staring at my wall. Wasn’t scary at all though, just a little weird.
I think if you’re a christian, you might have worse ones, because you believe in demons. I’m an atheist and I never have problems with demonic spirits or anything, because I don’t believe in them.
well..try putting a … well..try putting a knife under the mattress…sleeping on your side and tummy…..and don’t be afraid and face it…hope this helps..it worked for me.
Sleep paralysis is … Sleep paralysis is not a curse, like most people think. Once you learn to stop being afraid of it, you realize it’s really a gift! It is the gateway to other dimensions. Everyone mind is multidimensional and sleep paralysis is how you access other dimensions ( astral,mental,buddhic,atmic,etc)

sorry forgot to … sorry forgot to mention somethin, I myself experience sleep paralysis and I do believe that the science explanation of it is accurate but only when the victim is only paralyzied and not halucinating.
When the victim is halucinating I believe it is the spirit attacking you during the REM state of the mind
